2 Ingredient Pineapple Coconut Smoothie


This tropical smoothie is the easiest thing to make! With pineapple and coconut milk as its only ingredients, you can whip this up on even the busiest of mornings.

Using fresh pineapple is the way to go: it has a delicious, sweet flavor and blends easier, but you can still use frozen pineapple if you need to. Frozen pineapple doesn't pack as compactly, so you'll need to use four cups. I would also recommend adding a tablespoon or more of honey to make up for the natural sweetness the frozen pineapple lacks.
