Speaking of smoothies, today I'm sharing with you one of my favorite smoothie recipes. It's perfect for any day of the week: a smoothie bowl for the weekends or a quick blend-and-go for early weekdays. Pro tip: prep your smoothie and leave it in the fridge overnight. Blend in the morning to enjoy a healthy breakfast in a minute or less.
This week's honey-apple oatmeal smoothie isn't the flashiest of smoothies, but trust me: it's a winner. With the coconut flakes, oats, apple, milk, and honey, this smoothie tastes exactly like a bowl of sweet honey-and-apple oatmeal.
Best of all, it's super filling. The oats and apple are a perfect combination packed full of protein. It's also a sneaky way to get in one of your daily servings of fruit while still tasting like you're eating dessert for breakfast.
