Saw someone with a cool story you can't figure out how to create? We've got you. Here are three hacks to create unique stories.
Create a Shape Border
Follow these steps to create a shape border:
Create a text box and type a period (".").
Click to make the text highlighted.
Select the color you want for your text.
Enlarge the text box until the desired length.
Drag the box to the corner of the screen.
Repeat until a border is created.
New Post Peek-A-Boo
Follow these steps to get this effect:
Add the photo you want to use.
Click on the drawing icon and select the highlighter tool.
Choose a color and press and hold down on the image. A transparent color should pop up.
Use the eraser tool to erase the background from a certain part of the photo, draw, write, or more.
I love the free design website Canva to make my Instagram stories. If you search "Instagram story," free templates will pop up that you can customize to make your own.
