Melt-in-Your-Mouth Cinnamon Shortbread Cookies

Updated: Mar 3, 2019

Cinnamon and sugar combined are one of the coziest, most delicious flavors ever, and what better way to incorporate them than in these delectably melty cookies?

These treats take only a few minutes to whip up, and it'll take even less time than that for you to want to inhale them all. I added some cornstarch to this recipe because it makes the cookies melt in your mouth.

For cookies that taste and look great, measure out the dough equally with an ice cream or muffin batter scoop and then press down the mounds with a drinking glass. Before baking, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar for a little extra yum!

I hope you guys enjoyed this recipe! If you made them, comment down below your experience and whatever you would like me to cook up next. Until then, I'll be off eating three more cookies.
